Welcoming Fall!

We were in Rite Aid the other day and as we were walking down the isle, Samuel grabbed a hold of a plastic pumpkin bucket. Hmmm, it must be October. :) We proceeded to fill this bucket with things that we needed from the store. By the end of our short shopping trip, Samuel had grown an attachment to HIS pumpkin bucket. So, it came home with us. And, he still loves that silly bucket.

He filled his bucket with rocks, green tomatoes, and his animal cracker that we had bought from the store.
 

If you will look closely at the picture below, you will notice that Samuel is holding a good size rock. He went from filling his bucket with little rocks to the biggest rocks he could fit through the opening (or perhaps the ones that he could lift). 

Who knew so much fun would come from a plastic pumpkin bucket. I love that kid!
